The SC Green Party supports "Better Ballot SC," a group trying to make elections easier and fairer.  House Resolution 4022 would allow a municipality in South Carolina to use Instant Runoff Voting in local elections.  The rally will begin at 2:00 p.m. on the State House steps.  A variety of speakers, including a speaker from our party, will speak.

Earlier that day, starting at 10:00 a.m., Greens and others will be speaking with members of the state legislature inside the State House. We think this is a good first step towards making our laws work for voters.

Please come on out and look for us at the rally.  We will have a table.  Drop by, say hello, and who knows, there might be some hot chocolate still available when you get there.
